Online registration will be open until midnight August 15th or until we reach our max of 350 registrations, whichever comes first.

      • Olympic Triathlon: 1.5K Swim – 40K Bike – 10K Run
      • Duathlon: 5K Run – 40K Bike – 10K Run

USA Triathlon One Day License

Teams are not allowed for the Sprint Triathlon or Duathlon. Only for Olympic Triathlon Distance.

Course:

The swim will take place in beautiful Corey Lake. Participants will swim a course in a clockwise direction. The bike course take you through the country side with challenging hills and some flat. The run course offers rolling hills and some flat.

Rules:

Swimmers must wear swim cap provided / wetsuits allowed (if water is under 78°F). Bikers must wear a CPSC approved helmet. No drafting rule will be strictly enforced.

Shirts:

Everyone registered will receive a Technical T-shirt. Your size can only be guaranteed if you sign up before August 1st.

Aid Stations:

One aid station will be provided on the bike course along with five on run course.

Awards:

Awards will be given for the Sprint shortly after the last sprint finisher crosses the line. Awards for the Olympic Tri and Duathlon will be given after the last finisher crosses the line.

All activities on race day will take place at Corey Lake on Corey Bluff Road.
